Jeffco is home to many excellent public and private schools. The community is dedicated to ensuring that their students are learning in a safe and encouraging environment. Public Schools
The Jeffco Public School system serves the largest school district in Colorado. There are more than 84,000 students and approximately 12,000 employees in the Jeffco Public School system. The staff is dedicated to building a bright future for every student.

The school district is divided into 17 articulation areas or feeder schools, each comprising one to two high schools and their feeder elementary and middle schools. Each articulation area is managed by one of four community superintendents.
